Who is Freelancers in Belgium PRO for?
For freelancers who are past the very beginning and want to keep growing — whether that means improving pricing, finding better clients, or running their business more efficiently.
What do I get as a PRO member?
You’ll get access to monthly live roundtable sessions, practical guides and resources, exclusive member deals, and a private space to exchange with peers — all tailored to the Belgian freelance market. If you have any questions, reach out via info@freelancersinbelgium.be and we'll happily answer anything you want to know.
How much does it cost?
Membership is €24.90/month VAT excl. It is tax deductible as a professional expense. Make sure to add your VAT number when registering. You can cancel your monthly membership anytime.
I can't pay with Bancontact and I don't have a credit card, how can I join?
Because Bancontact is not by default for recurring expenses it is not a payment option. Please send us an email info@freelancersinbelgium.be with your invoicing details and we will send you an invoice instead and register you manually.
Can I join if I’m just starting out?
Yes, as long as you’re serious about freelancing and eager to learn. The sessions are designed for people who want to build or strengthen their business foundations.
Is it worth it if I’m already experienced?
Yes. Many members join for the networking, accountability, and the chance to learn from peers who’ve faced similar challenges at higher levels.
What language are the sessions and resources in?
Mostly English, since our community brings together freelancers from across Belgium. Some resources are also available in Dutch or French when partners provide them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can stop your montly membership whenever you like — no notice period, no hidden fees.
Are the sessions recorded?
Most roundtables are live and interactive, but recordings or summaries are shared when possible for members who can’t attend.
How is Freelancers in Belgium PRO different from the free Facebook group?
The free group is great for general questions. PRO is for freelancers who want deeper conversations, structure, and regular professional development, in a smaller, more focused setting.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. You’ll automatically receive an invoice after joining, which you can deduct as a professional expense.
