Can I be anonymous? I don't want my employer to know I am thinking about becoming a freelancer.

We will not share your name. You may decide if you want to share your name and contact details with the other participants. There will be an event photographer but you will have the opportunity to review the pictures before they get published publicly.

Can I deduct the ticket price as a business expense after I started?

Yes, if you register your business within 3 months from the date of purchasing the ticket you may deduct the ticket cost as a business expense for starting your business.

What does the ticket price include?

The event ticket includes:

  • Access to the event and all sessions.
  • 1to1 consultation, offers and deals by the event partners
  • Networking including contact details of participants
  • Catering; breakfast, sandwich lunch, coffee, drinks and snacks

Cancellation/Refund policy

When purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms and conditions. If you cancel your attendance 14 days in advance your ticket will be refunded in full. If you cancel less than 14 days in advance there is no refund. You may transfer the ticket to another participant free of charge.

The organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event. The organiser shall assume no liability whatsoever in the circumstances that an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders the performance of an event impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a
fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency.

Please note that while speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, the organiser reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

The event venue is located close to public transportation like bus and metro.
