🌟 Calling all freelancers! Join us for an exclusive evening of rejuvenation and networking. Experience a soulful Sunset Yoga Flow with Sound On Yoga 🧘‍♀️, connect with fellow freelancers, and enjoy nourishing snacks 🍏. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience a special way of doing yoga, unwind, connect, and recharge!💫

Where:

Securex supports freelancers and makes this event possible by hosting this event. We’ll meet on the 2nd floor of the Securex building by Watersportbaan in Gent. Address: Verenigde-Natieslaan 1, 9000 Gent. 🏢

Agenda:

  • 17:45 Doors open
  • 18:00 – 19:15 // Sound On Yoga experience. Enjoy a Sunset Yoga Flow to soulful beats. Each attendee connects by tuning into crystal clear sound and instructions (in English) with *silent disco* headphones and is in for a soulful, melodic ride. No prior yoga experience is needed.
  • 19:15 – 20:00 // Laidback hanging out and networking with fellow freelancers & enjoy Water Lily Pops  and hydrating Vita Coco coconut water 🥥

Tickets include:

– A full Sound On Yoga experience, instructed by Australian Molly Henderson (hear her story on how she founded Sound On Yoga in our podcast here). Yoga mats and headphones will be provided for the duration of the class. The class will be in English.
– Networking with fellow freelancers
– A water bottle by Securex
– Taste Water Lily Pops by Zenko Superfoods
– A 330 ml container of hydrating Vita Coco coconut water.

What to bring:

You will receive an email before the event with tips for clothing. 👕
If the weather is nice and it is warm enough the class will be held outside. ☀️
