Work is an important part of our life. Indeed, we spend almost a quarter of our time there. It is therefore normal that work is considered a factor that can influence our health, both physical and mental. Does work contribute to staying healthy? What consequences can work have on health? What should be put in place so that working is also an asset for mental health?
In this lecture, we will examine the link between work and health, in particular mental health.
