TVH, present in more than 180 countries and growing rapidly with a turnover of +1.6 billion EUR, generates no less than 80% of its turnover from e-commerce. Their catalog contains about 60 million parts.
During this E-commerce MeetUp by FeWeb on Thursday, October 3, we will get a look behind the scenes.
We start with a visit to the 1500m² Experience Center that introduces us to TVH’s offering and working methods.
The team of Jellert Dekeyser, VP Omnichannel & Marketing, explains to us how the digital transformation went. This includes how they approached the migration of 3 platforms, their choice for a headless architecture, and how they apply their customer-centric approach. FeWeb partner Buckaroo explains how online payments respond to this.
Finally, there will be time to network over a snack and a drink.
