Staying informed about e-invoicing standards and regulations is crucial for SaaS companies operating in a dynamic and global business environment. As from January 1st, 2026, digital invoicing will be mandatory in Belgium (and from March 2024 even for all public tenders over 3,000 euros).
In this session two Agoria SaaS members who are both experts on this topic (Cédric Nève – CEO of Digiteal and Roel Verbeeck – Managing director of Ixor) are going to shed light on the following questions:
- Where are we today on E-Invoicing? What are the obligations and what is going to change and when?
- Next to Belgium, what is happening in the rest of Europe (and internationally)?
- What are the opportunities for digital product/SaaS companies?
- What are the concrete actions/steps that need to be undertaken on a short term? And how can this be realized?
