Tax & Accounting Management limited company/BV/SRL/

Annual Fee: €3800 excluding VAT, including:

  • Digital accounting with our 100% digital platform Catalyst or with Accountable
  • Quarterly VAT declarations
  • Annual VAT client listing
  • Financial situation report as of 30/09 of the year to manage results and optimize tax pressure
  • Assistance with drafting minutes of ordinary shareholders meetings
  • Company Corporate tax declaration
  • Annual balance sheet for the National Bank of Belgium
  • 1 hour of communication (meeting/emails/calls, etc.) per quarter (we are not strict on this, it is just a precautionary fair use policy)
  • Personal tax declaration included unless there are complex incomes such as foreign income, in which case additional fees will apply.

Tax & Accounting Management sole proprietor/eenmanszaak/entreprise individuelle (to be used with Accountable)

Annual fee 1500€ excluding VAT, including:

  • Review of your documents in the application;
  • Control and submission of your quarterly VAT returns;
  • Control and submission of your annual customer listing;
  • Preparation of your annual tax return;
  • Estimation of tax and social security contributions as of 30/09 to manage the end of the year;
  • 4 hours of communication per year (call/video/email/meeting
  • Additionally, you will need to subscribe to the annual Accountable PRO subscription for an amount of 270€ excluding VAT per year.
  • The package will be reassessed at the end of the first 12 months of collaboration and then each year, and adjusted up or down provided:
  • There is at least a 10% fluctuation in the number of accounting documents, or the number of hours needed to properly maintain the file has evolved in the same proportions.
